Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We only accept orders for UK customers.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have contracts with Royal Mail and various carriers, so to enable us to respond to a failed delivery, you should contact us in the first instance and allow us reasonable time to investigate and follow up any claim.
Your order will normally reach you within 1 to 3 working days.



Delivery Schedule We deal with your order right away. We will normally despatch your order to you within 24 hours.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All watches should reach you in perfect condition. If your goods are faulty or not as described, we will either arrange for a replacement or we will make an immediate refund on safe receipt of the original watch. In these circumstances, your return postage will be refunded. the dispacth postage where paid will not be refunded.


All refunds will be subject to a 5% handling charge and payments made with paypal will have the cost fees deducted from any refunds. All refunds will be payed back by cheque as soon as the goods are recieved in perfect condition with no marks, scuffs,scratches, dirt or any indercation that the watch has been worn or used in any manner and with the box and all paper work that came with the watch.

There is also a £1.00 fee for the replacement of the manufacturers warranty.

and exchanges with in 30 days of receipt.
